Our expertise: over 30 years of leadership experience and current know-how from the Master's program in Coaching & Organizational Consulting at the IAP of the ZHAW – with a focus on change processes, systems thinking, and practical implementation support. After our engagement, we expect: increased team motivation, improved collaboration, clear roles – and an organization that noticeably improves its performance.
Organizational development:

As a board member or government representative, you've noticed that your management team isn't fully utilizing its potential – whether within the organization or in interaction with stakeholders in the DMO. But why is this? We combine operational experience as a CEO with a solid understanding of the strategic perspective of a board of directors. This is how we mediate between management and the supervisory board – on an equal footing, with impact. Our work begins with a thorough overview: through document analysis, interviews, observations, or initial workshops. From this, we develop hypotheses and a structured change process – tailored to your needs. Typical topics include clarifying roles and responsibilities, optimizing interfaces, and developing a common control logic. Leadership coaching:

Leadership brings responsibility – and sometimes loneliness. Whether you're a young team leader or an experienced CEO, you need space to openly address issues, reflect, and develop new perspectives. Our coaching creates precisely this space. We provide individualized guidance to managers, strengthen their ability to reflect, and support them with sound methods and many years of practical experience. We accompany young managers during their initial phase – discreetly, supportively, and neutrally. For experienced individuals, we offer sparring, honest feedback, and development opportunities – also with regard to the next steps in their career. Our goal: to strengthen your effectiveness as a leader – clearly, confidently, and with a focus on the future.
Innotour Project Management:

Do you have a strong project idea – but don't know if and how it's eligible for Innotour funding? This is exactly where we come in. We work with you to develop the project so that it meets the Innotour criteria: innovative and collaborative. Our work begins with identifying your project goals. We then structure the project along the three key funding axes: innovation, collaboration, and knowledge building. Of particular importance is the selection and coordination of relevant project partners. Thanks to our long-standing network in Swiss tourism, we are often able to attract suitable stakeholders to participate. We handle the entire application process – efficiently and professionally. And if desired, we can also support you in implementation: As project managers with experience from approved Innotour projects such as the National Booking Platform. (See our news and project page.) Our goal: to work with you to further develop your idea so that it becomes eligible for funding, convincing, and effective – and ultimately, to be implemented.
